1. Subsidiaries

The first step in setting up the system is to define your **Subsidiaries**.

A subsidiary represents a top-level business entity or company branch. Every Department and User will ultimately belong to a subsidiary.

How to Manage Subsidiaries

  1. Log in as an **Admin** or **Super-Admin**.
  2. From the sidebar, navigate to Admin Setup > Subsidiaries.
  3. From this page, you can:
    • Add New Subsidiary: Click the button and provide a name.
    • Edit: Change the name of an existing subsidiary.
    • Delete: Remove a subsidiary. (Warning: This may affect users and departments).
