Creating Requisitions

Any user in the system can create an individual requisition.

How to Create a Request

  1. From your Dashboard, navigate to Requisitions > New Requisition.
  2. Fill in the Requisition Details, including the reason and the date of the event.
  3. In the Items card, add one or more line items. You must specify a name, quantity, and amount for each.
  4. Attach any supporting documents (like invoices or receipts) in the Attachments card.
  5. Click Submit Requisition.

Once submitted, your assigned supervisor will be notified via email to begin the approval process.
