Getting Started
Before using the system, it's important to understand the different user roles. Your access to features is determined by the role assigned to you by an administrator.
Key Roles
- Employee: Can create and submit individual requisitions for themselves. They can track the status of their requests and amend them if rejected.
- Supervisor (or Approver): Can be a Supervisor, Manager, GM, etc. These users see a "Pending My Approval" queue. They can review, approve, or reject requests that are part of their workflow.
- Dispatcher: The final approver in a workflow (often a manager or finance) is responsible for dispatching the payment. They see the "Pending Dispatch" queue.
- Admin / Super-Admin: Has full access to the system. They are responsible for setting up departments, users, roles, and workflows.
Your First Login
When you first log in, your dashboard will be customized to your role.
- If you are an **Employee**, you will see quick-access links to create a new requisition.
- If you are an **Approver**, you will immediately see a count of items waiting for your review.
