2. Departments

Once you have created your subsidiaries, you must create Departments.

Departments are the core organizational unit. Every user must be assigned to a department, and workflows are often linked to specific departments.

How to Manage Departments

  1. Navigate to Admin Setup > Departments.
  2. Click "Add New Department".
  3. On the create page, you must provide two pieces of information:
    • Subsidiary: Select the parent subsidiary this department belongs to.
    • Department Name: The name of the department (e.g., "Finance", "IT").
